Saroj Parmar, CTO

Saroj Parmar is CTO of The Growth Spark. Saroj is a SaaS expert with over 20 years of experience in Big Tech. She currently serves as CTO at The Growth Spark and is a passionate advocate for inclusive economic development. In her previous role at SAP as Head of SPOB BI, Saroj led 12 technical teams comprising more than 180 people worldwide and guided Fortune 500 clients on mission-critical projects, product vision, strategy, business process improvement, and integration strategies. She coordinated global development and support teams to handle escalations for 24/7 timezone coverage. Saroj built, led, mentored, and managed both small and large international teams. She enjoys working in a collaborative and diverse environment to design and implement solutions that address business problems.

Jamal Temirova, CEO

Jamal Temirova is the Founder and CEO of The Growth Spark. She is an innovative, solutions-focused executive with over 20 years of experience leading global business development, digital transformation, and channel management for various enterprise software, hardware, and services. In her previous role as SAP Global Head of Programs, Jamal led a team of data scientists, top partners, and the sales team in detailing pricing programs, contracting options, packaging, and channel partner contacts to support industries such as energy, retail, telecom, healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, and transportation. She is passionate about education and economic development for all.
