Jamal Temirova

CEO

Jamal Temirova is Founder and CEO of The Growth Spark. She is an innovative, solutions-driven executive with 20+ years of experience leading global business development, digital transformation, and channel management for a range of enterprise software, hardware, and services. In her previous role as SAP Global Head of Programs, Jamal led a team of data scientists, top partners, and the sales team detailing pricing programs, contracting vehicles, packaging, and channel partner contacts for support across energy, retail, telecom, healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, and transportation industries. She is passionate about education and economic development for all.

CTO

Saroj Parmar

Saroj Parmar is a SaaS Expert with 20+ years of experience in Big Tech. She currently serves as CTO at The Growth Spark and is a passionate advocate for inclusive economic development. In her prior role at SAP as Head of SPOB BI, Saroj led 12 technical teams with 180+ people worldwide and guided Fortune 500 clients regarding mission-critical projects, product vision, strategy, business process improvement and integration strategies. She aligned global development and support teams to cover escalations for 24/7 time zone coverage. Saroj built, led, mentored, and managed both small and large international teams. She enjoys working in a collaborative and diverse environment to design and implement solutions that solve business problems.
