Our healthcare client launched a project to develop innovative KPIs and metrics that could predict resource planning so they could proactively manage staffing relief and employee availability. They required a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in consumable data visualization, strategic and systematic thinking, and presentation development to support senior leadership in making informed and strategic decisions.
Solution
Our data analyst started as a contractor and contributed to the project in full from day one. TGS supported the contractor behind the scenes for him to bridge him from banking to the healthcare industry. The process was seamless and yielded the desired results for all partners. The contractor exceeded expectations, and the client converted the analyst to their team at mutual agreement. We were delighted when it happened and made the conversion process seamless at no additional cost to the client.
